**Please kindly review our cancellation information below before scheduling an appointment. By booking with Purple Lash, you are accepting the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy.

*New Client MUST fill out the waiver prior to your appointments.

*Consultation is required for the first visit.

*Please disclose any eye conditions, injuries, medications or treatment used on/in or affecting the eye area in advance.

*A credit card is required to book an appointment but all payments will be processed in the store.

*Cancellation policy : $50 fee will be applied for rescheduling/cancellation within 24 hours window.

*Tardiness: We offer a grace period of 10 minutes. If you arrive after the 10 minutes grace period, even with a phone call, you will be charge for $20 late / reschedule fee, and advise to reschedule, simply to be fair to all guests.

*All price are subject to change. All products purchase are final, No exchanges or refunds.

Refills Policy

We do not perform refill services on work that was not done at Purple Lash

Please get them removed before receiving first set from us. This is to avoid the risk of combing different adhesive and raised better application quality.

Cancellation Policy/ RESCHEDULE & NO-SHOWS

At Purple Lash, we understand that unexpected things happen. However, when appointments are canceled last minute or missed, it impacts both our technicians and clients who may have wanted that time slot. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we kindly ask that any changes to your appointment be made in advance.

• Late Cancellations & Reschedules (within 12 hours of your appointment): A $50 fee Will be Charge for Late Cancel and $20 will be Charged for Late reschedule. The fee will be charged to the card on file.

• No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice or after your appointment has started, a 50% fee of the scheduled service will be charged.

We appreciate your cooperation in providing at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client and ensures our technicians' time is respected.

Before your appointment

• Don’t Apply face creams or sunblock to the eye area

  Don’t Curl your lashes on the day of your lash application.

  Don’t Wear mascara.Don’t Wear makeup

During your appointment

• Considering how tempting it is to answer a cell phone when it rings, it is wise to avoid using one at all during your appointment.

After your appointment

• Avoid getting them wet for up to 12 hours after application.

• Do not rub or touch your eyes.

• Clean with eyelash foam cleanser every 3 days

• Brush through your eyelash tips in the morning

• Do not use oil based products around or on the eyes and don’t wear mascara

• Do not sleep on your face

• Stay on top of your infills (recommended every 2 – 3 weeks)
